Amendment delayed again as major parties remain divided

The deliberation on the Nepal’s Constitution (1st Amendment) Bill, 2072 scheduled to start on Monday at the legislature-parliament meeting has been deferred by at least two days. The meeting of the senior leaders of the major three political parties and the leaders of the parliamentary parties took the decision to start deliberations on the bill from Thursday.
