Most of the people feel the same difficult situation to move their neck which was all good till the sleep time. This situation is called as Torticollis. Symptom
Most of the time,there will be difficulty in movement of neck after the woke up the morning with torticollis. You can observe yourself in the mirror where you will find some bending in one of your neck .

1. Sleeping at night with open window
Perhaps you will not believe this. But, this is the most dominant factor for neck ache problem. Specially, in warm weather people sleeps with open window so that air will pass out. Then, the problem starts to occur after the cold wind in outside at around 4 am. This will makes the muscles hard and leads to difficulty.

2. Awkward position during sleep
Sometimes, people sleep in such an awkward situation whether because of alcohol or of tiredness which will give the difficulty in head movement till 4/5 hours.Like ; sleeping from back side with right or left side position of head will occur such a problem.
And another is the small or big height pillow. People will suffer from such problem with the big height pillow too.

3. Doing any unusual activity
People don’t realize but they suffer from Torticollis when they does any kind of different unusual activity. For example; standing in the micro bus with difficult position, shifting the stuffs during shift of room or flat, shaking the head in an amusement of party, etc.

Domestic Preventive Measures
1. Hot water
Torticollis happens because of contraction of muscles. So, to get rid from pain is to loose out the muscles gradually which is possible with hot water. Bathing with lukewarm water will also give some relief from pain.
Pour the hot water in the bottle and wrap the bottle with thick cloth.
Then, put the same bottle at pain area.
Regular doing of this will rid from pain.
